A continuous public-private space is obtained by overlaping the usually separated urban spaces (cars, public transports, bicycles, motorcycles, pedestrians, private gardens) into a unique one: a public place-road-system. Dissociated from the constraint and limits due to road system, this gained interiority is freely articulated equivalently to a courtyard, a place to stay, a garden, a peace of nature. Here, everyone has an open view into it. Buildings of one to ten floors, holding and containing space, are sculpting this void and are in return sculpted by it. Between the public-private outside space and any inner sphere, spatial and social permeability is continuous.
Parking-silos are positioned in regular distance all over the urban fragment to avoid construction of underground structures. The parking-silos act at the same time as bus stops, what generates an ingenious alternation between the use of car and public transports.
The urban fragment inscribes itself into topography, keeping pre-existing nature wherever possible. Intensive planting completes it, so to obtain a continuous and dense nature-garden within the citizen's accommodation. These planting are fo rexample citrus fruit, olive and other regional fruit trees cultivated by farmers. It's a vitality trough the seasons for the benefit of all and, last not least, the pleasure of the senses. In a highly sun and heat exposed area, trees offers a significant supply of shadow and freshness.
